Shotcrete Sprayer – Underground Mining (14/14 roster)

About the role

We are looking for a Shotcrete Sprayer to join Redpath’s underground mining team at Olympic Dam. You will operate brand‑new Normet Spraymec rigs on a 14‑day on/14‑day off roster, supporting ground‑support activities across copper, gold and uranium operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Normet Spraymec shotcrete equipment for in‑cycle development, rehabilitation and ventilation/paste wall applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of shotcrete rigs.
• Collaborate with the ground‑support crew to ensure safe and efficient underground operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating Normet shotcreting machinery.
• Valid manual driver’s licence.
• Underground mining experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
