ServiceNow Business Analyst – Transformative Tech Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive transformative technology strategies within our consulting practice. Based in Sydney, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and source‑to‑target mapping.
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process analyses to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops with business, technology, operations and product teams to align delivery objectives.
• Manage requirements traceability, change control and ensure alignment between business needs and solution design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT consulting or similar environments.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and process optimisation.

• ServiceNow platform expertise.
