Senior Project Manager – CRM Transformation (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

This 6‑month contract position is based in Brisbane and focuses on leading large‑scale CRM and customer‑experience transformation programmes. You will act as the primary client‑facing project lead, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering high performance through clear communication and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, governance and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Deliver complex CRM programmes, ensuring outcomes are on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, scope and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate business readiness, change management, user adoption and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee financials, resource utilisation and governance for programmes exceeding AUD 5 million.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise‑scale CRM, customer‑experience or digital transformation programmes.
• Proven track record managing budgets over AUD 5 million and leading teams of 20+ resources.
• Strong experience with Salesforce implementations or enhancements in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external client‑facing projects and executive stakeholder relationships.
