Senior Project Manager – Class 2 Luxury Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end Class 2 luxury residential apartments and mixed‑use developments across Sydney. The role will oversee an active project in Darlinghurst and future pipelines throughout the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Class 2 luxury residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including site managers, contract administrators and subcontractors.
• Drive programme schedules, cost control, quality and safety outcomes across all project stages.
• Oversee procurement strategy, construction methodology and delivery planning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, programme and company quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a Tier 2 builder or developer‑builder environment.
• Strong background delivering Class 2 residential apartments and/or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience managing projects valued between $30 M and $100 M+.
• Demonstrated leadership of site and project delivery teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen, programming and contract administration knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑quality delivery environment.
