Senior People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

St Aloysius’ College is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join its People & Culture function. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior and middle leaders, helping to build a high‑performing, inclusive workforce aligned with the college’s Jesuit mission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR expertise across workforce planning, organisational development and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to design and deliver people initiatives that enhance capability, culture and performance.
• Support the implementation of the college’s new Strategic Plan through HR‑aligned actions.
• Manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and care.
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing and a positive employee experience.
