About the role
As a Senior Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a relationship‑based, customer‑centric experience, helping customers meet their full financial needs, especially around home‑buyer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an initiator and role model for ANZ products, supporting the Branch Manager in executing the retail strategy.
- Provide customers with a full range of home loan, insurance, investment, and transactional services.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations and guide customers through property purchasing processes.
- Maintain a thorough ‘know your customer’ risk perspective.
Required profile
- Prior experience building strong relationships in a customer‑focused role.
- Significant experience in financial services, preferably retail banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks.
