Senior Auditor – Audit & Assurance (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Auditor to join our audit department in Sydney. You will work alongside a talented team, contributing from day one on technically challenging audit engagements across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit assignments in collaboration with managers and partners.
• Perform client interaction and deliver high‑quality audit reports.
• Utilise data‑analytics tools and best‑practice audit methodologies.
• Maintain high standards while managing workload to minimise overtime.
• Support junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of audit experience.
• CA or CPA qualified (or currently studying).
• Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, auditing standards and accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate leadership and act with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit software such as CaseWare, APS, Xero and MYOB.
