About the role

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Supervisor you will lead a team that delivers exceptional service throughout the logistics journey, supporting onboarding, resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues.
• Support onboarding of new customers and translate service requirements into operational execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Operational Care, Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop Customer Care team members, fostering accountability and continuous development.
• Analyse performance data, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably international freight forwarding.
• Decision‑making and analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial principles and financial decision‑making.
• Ability to manage customer relationships while balancing operational and business requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
