SAP Test Manager / Project Manager (Remote – AU/NZ)

About the role

DyFlex is seeking a remote SAP Test Manager / Project Manager to lead testing activities for SAP programmes across Australia or New Zealand. The role combines test strategy ownership with project delivery support, working closely with functional, technical and client teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead end‑to‑end test strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression and cut‑over testing.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, schedules, entry/exit criteria and manage test environments and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional testing teams comprising business users, consultants, technical staff and external vendors.
• Align testing milestones with overall project schedule, manage dependencies, risks and RAID items.
• Maintain testing governance, defect management, reporting and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Leads to support scope control and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate workshops to define test scope, scenarios and business acceptance criteria.
• Drive cut‑over readiness activities, including mock cut‑overs, data validation and go‑live assessments.
• Promote continuous improvement of testing standards, tools and templates across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex SAP implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated project or delivery management capability with a focus on quality, scope and timeline.
• Strong understanding of SAP solution landscapes, especially S/4HANA and related integrations.
• Hands‑on experience managing UAT with business stakeholders, including non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
