About the role
Join a fast‑growing energy‑tech company as a Sales Development Representative. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, responsible for generating new business through daily outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound sales calls each day.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects.
- Handle objections and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM.
Required profile
- Previous experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet call targets.
- Bonus: experience in the energy or solar sector.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of $70k plus superannuation.
- Uncapped commission, total earnings around $100k‑$110k per year.
- Clear career path to a Sales Executive closing role within 12 months.
