About the role
As a Sales Consultant in our Artarmon showroom, you will use product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to guide customers through our premium sofa range, turning enquiries into sales while driving your own earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines, promotions and pricing.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Process transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming store environment.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture, automotive, jewellery, luxury goods or travel.
- Energetic and positive attitude, especially during busy periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
