Retail Coach – Premium Customer Experience

About the role

Join Tiffany & Co.'s Retail Excellence team in Brisbane as a Retail Coach. You will partner with boutique leaders and client advisors to elevate in‑store experiences, ensuring the brand’s heritage and product knowledge shine through every client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and coach client advisors on the sales floor, providing real‑time feedback on strengths and development areas.
• Identify store opportunities using sales dashboards, NPS scores, and direct observation.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to review sales and KPI performance for stores and individual advisors.
• Design and deliver training programs covering client service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new‑starter onboarding.
• Assess training impact and reinforce concepts through follow‑up sessions.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort interacting with employees at all levels.
• Self‑aware, accountable, and able to empower teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed.
