About the role

The Retail Cluster Manager will lead daily operations across Alana Maria Jewellery’s boutique locations in Sydney, ensuring a consistent, high‑level customer experience. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and focuses on driving sales, mentoring teams, and optimizing store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple boutique sites.
• Manage, mentor and develop retail teams to achieve sales targets.
• Implement customer service strategies that enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business strategy.
• Analyse sales data and adjust tactics to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in team leadership and sales achievement.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or jewellery is advantageous.
