Restaurant Manager – Relocation to Perth, WA

About the role

Grill’d is expanding its footprint across Western Australia and is looking for experienced restaurant managers to lead high‑performing venues in Perth. You will own the day‑to‑day operations, drive team engagement and deliver an exceptional guest experience while enjoying a coastal lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 20–50 staff members.
• Oversee rostering, recruitment, stock control and compliance.
• Manage profit & loss, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews and develop talent pipelines.
• Champion the Local Matters community program.

Required profile

• Current manager in New South Wales willing to relocate to Perth.
• Proven experience running a fast‑casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to analyse financial data and meet KPI targets.
