About the role

Join GYG’s Adelaide Metro outlet as a Crew Member and be part of a vibrant team delivering fast‑casual Mexican cuisine. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring they receive friendly, prompt service while preparing menu items to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to customers.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following GYG procedures.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Operate POS and EFTPOS systems accurately.
• Handle cash, card payments, and loyalty cards in accordance with Australian currency standards.
• Keep the work station clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outgoing, approachable personality with patience for customers.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork.
