Remote Appointment Setter (QLD, Australia)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join our team in Queensland. You will work from home, aligning with Brisbane (AEST) hours, to contact warm and cold leads, qualify interest and book appointments for our sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospects.
• Qualify leads and determine suitability for sales or consulting outreach.
• Schedule, confirm and, when necessary, reschedule appointments in the calendar.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance and update internal stakeholders on pipeline status.
• Support basic lead‑nurturing activities and consistently meet appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to handle a high volume of appointment bookings.
• Experience in lead generation and prospect qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner.
• Comfortable working remotely on Brisbane (AEST) schedule.
• Goal‑oriented and reliable in meeting daily and weekly targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
