Reliability Engineer – Maintenance (FIFO)

About the role

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer – Maintenance to ensure continuous operation of our Coolgardie site by improving the reliability, efficiency and safety of assets. You will work closely with the maintenance team to enhance equipment performance and minimise downtime. The role is offered on an 8‑days‑on / 6‑days‑off FIFO, DIDO or local hire basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability‑centred maintenance strategies.
• Analyse equipment performance data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve reliability issues.
• Monitor predictive maintenance programmes to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team as required.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with fixed plant, mobile plant or heavy‑industry equipment.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• High‑level written and oral communication skills.
• Valid WA driver’s licence and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Australian work rights and willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical and police checks.
