Regional Sales Manager – Endo Surgery (Australia)

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Endo Surgery portfolio across Australia. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will drive revenue growth, develop market share, and build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and market expansion strategies for Endo Surgery products.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Engage surgeons, KOLs, and hospital procurement teams through clinical discussions, product demonstrations, and procedural support.
• Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Collaborate with country leadership on strategy execution, market insights, and new product launches.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in Endo Surgery, laparoscopy, or surgical devices.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key hospital accounts.
• Established relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders in Australia.
• Experience managing regional markets, distributors, or sales teams is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
