Regional Sales Manager – APAC Hydration Products

About the role

KENT WORLDWIDE is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth of Sqwincher hydration products across the APAC region, including the Middle East and Africa. This hands‑on, high‑impact position combines distributor leadership with direct engagement of major end users and strategic accounts in industrial, mining, construction, manufacturing, foodservice and institutional environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC go‑to‑market plans, identifying priority markets and supporting product portfolio expansion.
• Lead distributor strategy: recruit/onboard distributors, set KPIs, build joint business plans and coach sales teams.
• Manage key accounts and strategic end users, building senior relationships, leading negotiations and securing preferred‑supplier outcomes.
• Create demand through customer trials, demonstrations and hydration program rollouts to increase adoption and sell‑through.
• Ensure commercial discipline with pricing governance, forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and distributor conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to align activation, availability and profitability.
• Travel internationally as required and adhere to WHS policies.

• Experience building demand and managing distributor‑led channels.
• Strong ability to develop senior relationships with key accounts and strategic end users.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
