Regional Executive – Business & Private Bank

About the role

The Regional Executive will lead a team of bankers within ANZ's Business & Private Bank, delivering superior customer outcomes and driving quality growth across the region. You will shape the financial performance of the team while championing transformation and customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial performance of the regional team, including revenue, cost management, portfolio performance and CAD execution.
• Disseminate industry knowledge, insights and training to generalist bankers.
• Foster a collaborative culture across SME, broker, origination and specialised industry teams.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve both customer and banker experience.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with local ANZ leaders.
• Model sales leadership, develop high‑performance sales teams and uphold enterprise leadership standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of customer value drivers in the SME segment.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing cost structures.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large, high‑performing teams.
