About the role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a fast‑growing financial technology business in Sydney’s CBD. This front‑of‑house position creates a positive first impression for clients and visitors while keeping the office environment organised and presentable.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and manage their arrivals.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and liaise with internal staff.
- Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen and shared office areas in a tidy condition.
- Provide general office administration support and upkeep.
- Assist the wider team with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Previous reception or customer‑facing experience.
- Well‑presented with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and highly organised.
- Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment.
Required skills
