Queue Facilitation Agent – Airport Customer Service

About the role

Join dnata Airport Services as a Queue Facilitation Agent at Adelaide International Airport. You will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, ensuring passengers move smoothly through security queues and reach their flights on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑standard, professional customer service to all passengers.
• Direct passengers to the correct queues and secure areas within the airport.
• Maintain compliance with OH&S regulations and company safety policies.
• Report incidents immediately and take corrective action when required.
• Follow dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Adelaide Airport regulations.
• Work a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and holidays.
• Build strong working relationships with airport and dnata team members.
• Promote a positive company image through grooming, behaviour and service.

Required profile

• Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations, including high passenger volumes.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to share information.
