About the role

You will lead the planning and delivery of a high‑profile inner‑city public sector project, overseeing early investigation, governance, procurement and the transition into construction. The role requires strong coordination across multiple workstreams, stakeholder alignment and risk management to support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scope, programme, budget and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate governance processes, approvals and reporting.
• Lead procurement activities and market engagement.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex projects.
• Strong project controls across cost, schedule and risk.
• Experience with governance and reporting frameworks.
• Background in procurement or delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
