Project Manager

About the role

RJV, a leading civil engineering contractor in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. You will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for delivering land development, subdivision, and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to meet safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Develop and mentor engineers and project personnel through authentic leadership.
• Maintain effective communication with site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Own project budgets, programming, and contract administration, adapting to dynamic changes.
• Provide proactive advice to Construction Managers on project‑related issues.

Required profile

• Proven people and project leadership in civil construction.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction/Project Management or Civil Engineering.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost optimisation.
• Experience with roadworks, bulk earthworks, underground services, and land development.
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary, medium to large‑scale infrastructure projects.
