Project Manager – Fixed‑Term (6 months)

About the role

Datacom is seeking a Project Manager on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to lead large, complex projects from handover through delivery. You will ensure projects meet quality, scope, budget and timeline expectations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete large projects to quality standards, adhering to time, cost and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate documentation, design, development and testing for enhancements and new builds.
• Tailor project methodology (Agile, Staged, Waterfall) to suit individual project needs.
• Develop project budgets, obtain approvals, monitor financials and track benefits realization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering large, complex migration or technology projects.
• Proven ability to build and lead collaborative project teams.
• Strong understanding of software development, implementation and technical dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid financial management experience linking costs, utilisation and revenue.
