Project Manager – Education Cloud Program

About the role

Join a leading educational organisation as a Project Manager for the Education Cloud Program. You will drive the delivery of complex technology initiatives, collaborating with enterprise architects, technical teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of business and technology solutions, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations using Project Management tools.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks and issues.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans and escalate critical issues.
• Control project budgets, prepare financial forecasts and align with portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of proven experience delivering complex strategic projects.
• Strong capability in project planning, schedule management and resource allocation.
• Practical understanding of enterprise technology environments, especially data‑lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
