About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at our Croydon, VIC pharmacy. The Pharmacist will play a key role in delivering safe medication services, providing professional advice, and supporting the health of the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and address inquiries.
• Maintain precise pharmaceutical records.
• Supervise pharmacy assistants and ensure team performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Strong communication skills for patient counseling and staff supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is advantageous.
