Pharmacist – Digital Health (Fixed‑term, 6 months)

About the role

Alfred Care Group is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Digital Health team on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on clinical informatics and the optimisation of medication management across the Alfred Health network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal medication management for patients.
• Develop, maintain and enhance digital health systems including Cerner EMR, Cerner Oncology, iPharmacy, Omnicell dispensing machines, PowerTrials and Smart Infusion Pumps.
• Contribute to practice‑based research projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Support the Pharmacy Executive and Senior Leadership Teams in delivering digital health services.

Required profile

• Strong clinical pharmacy expertise with sound judgement and patient‑centred care.
• Excellent problem‑solving, risk assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
