About the role
The Personal & Team Assistant provides proactive administrative support to two Assistant Chief Counsels and the broader Australia & NZ Legal team. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, enabling senior legal leaders to focus on strategic matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office administration and maintain schedules, diaries, and meeting logistics.
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external calls, resolving issues promptly.
- Organise meetings, book rooms, arrange catering, prepare agendas, take minutes, and provide first‑line video‑conferencing support.
- Maintain contracts and agreements, coordinate signing packages, and manage the contract filing system.
- Support special projects such as team off‑sites and corporate events.
- Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including ASIC portal updates, company resolutions, and annual entity reviews.
Required profile
- Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior executives and external partners.
- Ability to handle confidential legal documents and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Experience with contract administration systems.
- Familiarity with ASIC portal and corporate secretarial processes.
- Competence in providing video‑conferencing technical support.
