About the role
The Partnerships Executive will lead and grow a portfolio of commercial partnerships for Richmond Football Club, delivering exceptional outcomes for both the club and its partners. This role focuses on partnership retention, revenue growth and brand impact through insight‑driven activation strategies aligned with each partner’s objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners, delivering contractual obligations, activation plans and budget oversight.
- Plan and execute campaigns, programs and activations in collaboration with partners and internal teams, ensuring clear reporting and measurable ROI.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, align with evolving partner needs and strengthen long‑term relationships.
- Drive incremental revenue by developing new products, digital opportunities and commercialising assets.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of commercial partners and building strong business relationships.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and organisational abilities.
