Part-Time Associate Dispenser – Optical Retail

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part‑Time Associate Dispenser to join our OPSM store in Geelong. You will support customers throughout their optical journey, from initial consultations and pre‑testing to selecting high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the eye‑care consultation process.
• Assist with pre‑testing and basic vision assessments.
• Help customers choose and customise frames from premium brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban and Oakley.
• Maintain a clean and organised retail environment.
• Process sales transactions and manage product inventory.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience; optical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people see clearly.
• Quick learner who can adapt to a fast‑paced, fashion‑focused environment.
