OSHC Coordinator (Qualified)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our before‑ and after‑school care service in Bunbury, creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of dedicated Educators and manage daily operations for Rise then Shine (6:30‑8:30 am) and Stay and Play (2:30‑6:00 pm).
• Design and deliver child‑centered programs featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Oversee rostering, compliance, administration and ensure a high‑quality learning experience.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and fostering growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Relevant ACECQA‑recognised qualification (WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator).
