NBC Coach – Business Banking Onboarding

About the role

The National Business Centre (NBC) at ANZ is looking for an NBC Coach to accelerate the development of new‑to‑role business bankers. You will deliver structured onboarding, coaching and skill‑building sessions that enable bankers to provide high‑quality, compliant customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding programmes for bankers in their first 0‑6 months.
• Lead weekly skill‑builder workshops to reinforce core banking capabilities.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching on product knowledge, customer conversations and engagement techniques.
• Review live and recorded customer interactions to improve conversation quality.
• Support bankers in using key tools such as CRM, CAP, Know How, Commercial Leads and WIP/Pipe management.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Area Managers to embed consistent coaching frameworks.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation ability to run engaging group learning sessions.
• Proven coaching experience with a focus on capability uplift.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to guide bankers toward tailored solutions.
• Execution‑driven approach to support end‑to‑end banking processes.
