About the role
The OSHC Mobile Coordinator will travel across the Sutherland Shire and St George regions to support multiple outside‑school‑hours care services. This permanent full‑time position involves split or block shifts and focuses on program delivery, compliance, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities.
- Ensure quality and compliance, aiming for excellent rating and assessment outcomes.
- Lead training, performance management and staff development.
- Minimise risk and manage safety across services.
- Provide leadership and support across numerous services, including recruitment drives and operational projects.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Children’s Services) or 2 years full‑time study.
- Experience working with children in a leadership position.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work split shifts, Monday‑Friday.
Required skills
- Ability to travel between service sites.
- Strong organisational and risk‑management capabilities.
