About the role

A client of EVOLVE RECRUITMENT GROUP PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join its Melbourne team. The role develops and implements marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, engage clients and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research client needs and identify marketing opportunities for migration, education and recruitment services.
• Develop and run marketing plans and advise on service pricing and promotion.
• Engage with clients, collect feedback and improve marketing activities.
• Call potential clients to promote services and follow up on enquiries.
• Update website content to promote services and attract enquiries.
• Run online campaigns via social media, email and paid advertising.
• Attend meetings with clients and partners to discuss marketing opportunities.
• Track marketing results and recommend improvements to campaigns and spending.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
