Marketing Manager

About the role

Settify, an AI-assisted tool that helps people prepare and present their personal stories when they need legal help, is looking for its first Marketing Manager. As the founder of the business, you will shape how Settify goes to market as it expands into new areas of law, with the financial backing of the global software company LEAP. This is a hybrid, Sydney-based role with three days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess Settify's marketing needs and build a plan tied directly to commercial goals
• Maintain a consistent, scheduled presence on LinkedIn and social media, across organic and paid channels
• Create campaign and brand content, including social posts, ads, video, EDMs and collateral
• Partner with LEAP's marketing team to launch and run a regular webinar series
• Plan and run EDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive registrations, engagement and feature adoption
• Work with Customer Success to build action plans that lift adoption
• Lay the groundwork for outbound marketing to firms outside the LEAP ecosystem
• Lead branding work that raises Settify's profile with small to medium law firms

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including a marketing manager or similarly autonomous role
• B2B marketing experience, ideally with professional services audiences such as legal, accounting or financial services
• Experience running paid and organic social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn
• Experience producing webinars, events or EDM programs that drive registrations
• Generalist approach: comfortable moving between strategy, content creation and campaign execution

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems
• Design assets in Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Stakeholder management across multiple teams or business units
