Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Bueno Analytics, a global climate technologies company focused on HVACR, cold chain and digital marketing, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role supports digital marketing, content, events, social media and international market expansion, strengthening the regional presence across Australia, the UK and Europe. It covers SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, CRM management, content production and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• SEO, GEO and localisation: keyword research for Australian, UK and European audiences, backlink opportunities, web page audits and directory submissions
• Content creation: adapt marketing content for regional audiences mainly with PowerPoint and Word, and assist with website localisation and translation
• Event coordination: support planning and delivery of events and research venues, including AV, catering and scalability
• Social media: schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, track performance and report on traffic and audience trends
• CRM and contact management: maintain and segment CRM data, build contact lists for ABM campaigns and tag records for marketing automation
• Digital advertising support: set up and monitor low-budget campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, and prepare assets and reports

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B or technology environment
• Proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorisation to work in the country of employment; sponsorship is not provided

Required skills

• Solid understanding of SEO and GEO, keyword research and web content best practices
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Experience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms and basic web design or CMS management
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspaces; working knowledge of Adobe Suite is desirable
