Manager – Deal Advisory Tax

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Perth‑based Manager to join its Deal Advisory Tax team, a market‑leading group that works on high‑profile transactions across Australia. You will support a diverse client base that includes resources, private equity, infrastructure, property and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tax due diligence for complex transactions.
• Provide structuring advice on deal and fund structures.
• Review transaction documentation and tax models.
• Support post‑deal integration activities.
• Manage ATO and FIRB correspondence related to transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with transactional experience or a strong interest in M&A.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
