Loyalty & Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Canon is looking for a Loyalty & Customer Engagement Specialist to own and optimise CRM and lifecycle campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and advocacy across Australia and New Zealand. You will work in a connected marketing environment alongside brand, digital, AI and creative teams to shape meaningful customer experiences for one of the world’s most trusted imaging brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise automated CRM and lifecycle journey frameworks from onboarding to advocacy, setting clear objectives, audience strategies and performance metrics.
• Set direction for email and lifecycle campaigns, guiding content, targeting and timing to ensure relevance, brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Lead the Canon Professional Services programme, supporting member engagement, communications and growth.
• Partner with Digital Experience, AI, Brand, Community and Creative teams to deliver connected, omnichannel customer experiences.
• Use testing, segmentation, reporting and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer retention.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy, consent and governance standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused marketer with a blend of creativity, curiosity and commercial thinking.
• Experience working with enthusiast or professional customer segments, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or membership environments.
• Strong organisational skills, detail‑orientation and ability to balance execution with continuous optimisation.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple channels and stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions.
