Lodge Asset & Maintenance Manager

About the role

Join Outback Spirit Tours as a Lodge Asset & Maintenance Manager, based in Darwin and travelling to eight remote lodges across Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland. You will be responsible for the performance, reliability and compliance of critical infrastructure and mechanical assets, ensuring safe and seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all infrastructure and mechanical maintenance activities across eight remote lodges.
• Oversee buildings, accommodation, camp infrastructure and critical systems including power, water, wastewater, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and manage breakdown response.
• Prioritise maintenance requests, coordinate contractor work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Plan and manage capital projects and asset reliability programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations for accommodation and camp infrastructure.
• Ability to lead teams and contractors across multiple remote sites.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and asset reliability principles.
