Junior Administration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Administration Officer to support our corporate and office operations in Perth. You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating closely with teams in Australia, Chile, and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day office and administrative support to the Australian corporate team.
• Maintain regular communication with the Chilean office to facilitate cross‑border collaboration.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries.
• Assist in organising meetings, investor engagement activities, and international IR/PR roadshows, including conference planning.
• Update the company website and official social media platforms.
• Liaise with external IT service providers for day‑to‑day support.
• Deliver additional administrative and operational assistance as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support or junior corporate role (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable working in a professional corporate environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
