IT Support Technician (On‑Site) – Entry Level

About the role

Join the #GhandaGang as an on‑site IT Support Technician in South Geelong. You will be part of a friendly IT team that keeps the company’s systems running smoothly while supporting a fast‑growing, family‑run clothing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly.
• Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Install, update and troubleshoot software applications.
• Assist with user onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide network, printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT documentation, guides and asset inventories.
• Participate in on‑call roster, store setups and occasional travel.
• Support ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and develop IT knowledge.
• Clear communicator comfortable assisting users of all levels.
• Organised, reliable and proactive.
• Interest in technology and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP and DNS.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory and ticketing systems.
• Experience configuring PC and mobile hardware.
