IT Support Analyst – Brisbane CBD

About the role

Ray White Corporate is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join its IT Operations team in Brisbane CBD. The role will act as the primary point of contact for technical support, helping users across the corporate environment with a variety of hardware, software and network issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity problems on Windows 11 devices.
• Assist users with application and platform queries, including Google Workspace and SaaS tools.
• Escalate complex incidents to the IT Service Desk Manager or specialised teams.
• Record all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base of solutions and procedures.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of IT support policies.
• Participate in team projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 desktop environments.
• Experience deploying software via MDM, scripts or local installation.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management tools such as AirWatch or VMware Workspace ONE.
• Knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and administration.
• Google Workspace administration (user account and application configuration).
• Support of SaaS applications.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
• Awareness of audio‑visual and live‑streaming equipment.
