IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer you will manage and support enterprise infrastructure, ensuring servers, virtualization, cloud, storage and network services are reliable, secure and available. You will work closely with network, security, application and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and identity services.
• Administer VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization environments and support Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and performance, handling incidents to keep services running smoothly.
• Perform backup, patching and disaster‑recovery activities and provide hands‑on datacenter support including rack‑and‑stack, firewall and network operations.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Solid experience with VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls and datacenter operations.
