Internal Recruiter

About the role

AccountAbility is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will help attract, engage and hire top talent across the organisation, partnering with stakeholders, influencing hiring outcomes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions, from briefing through to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessment processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping the recruitment process smooth and efficient.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
