Internal Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Internal Communications Coordinator will support the Communication team by creating and distributing content across internal channels, maintaining intranet resources, and assisting with campaign delivery. This permanent position offers the opportunity to shape how information flows within a dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish communications content for intranet, email updates, and presentations.
• Maintain intranet pages, content libraries, templates, and distribution lists, ensuring information is accurate and well‑organized.
• Assist with coordination of internal communication activities, including calendar management and campaign support.
• Provide document management, newsletter preparation, internal event support, and content scheduling for the Communication team.
• Monitor analytics to refine future communication strategies.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in corporate/internal communications, media relations or journalism.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
