About the role
Join Aussie’s retail network as an In‑store Mortgage Broker, helping customers in Dulwich Hill navigate the entire home‑ownership journey from loan search to settlement and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Manage walk‑ins, online leads and in‑store appointments with high‑intent customers.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Guide customers through the home loan process, from application to settlement.
- Leverage the broader Aussie ecosystem to earn referral income from buyer’s agents and conveyancing services.
Required profile
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before start, with support).
- Background in sales or customer‑service roles.
- Drive to grow the retail store’s performance.
- Passion for helping customers achieve home‑ownership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
