Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking an efficient and detail‑focused Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant HR Services team. In this role you will provide high‑quality customer service and accurate advice to internal stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely HR guidance to leadership and employees.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries within SLA timeframes.
• Execute HR transactions in the HRIS with high integrity and zero errors.
• Maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors, including contracts, letters, and change‑of‑condition workflows.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and cross‑entity employee movements.
• Generate and process documentation via DocuSign for promotions, salary reviews, transfers, and leave.
• Supply accurate payroll information through SuccessFactors.
• Assist with data cleansing, global mobility documentation, and leave/pay queries.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for face‑to‑face and hotline support.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
