Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Infosys is seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner to join its Perth team. Reporting to the Australia & New Zealand HR Manager, you will support employees across Australia and contribute to a variety of HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee inductions and ensure onboarding meets business and individual needs.
• Execute and support performance management frameworks, including appraisal cycles and manager training.
• Design and deploy a Rewards & Recognition program for the location.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes such as HRIS maintenance, employee life‑cycle events, exit interviews and analytics.
• Support HR Lead in resolving employee issues, working with offshore delivery and HR SPOC.
• Prepare and publish reports on HR initiatives and contribute to projects that increase organisational effectiveness.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary proceedings and advise the business on ER matters in line with legislation.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of HR generalist experience, including full‑cycle employee relations.
• Hands‑on experience coaching and enabling managers.
• Experience working in multicultural, international environments across multiple time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand ER practices and legislation.
• Proactive, autonomous with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Strong experience with HRIS systems.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
