Human Resource Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

This is a full‑cycle HR generalist position operating within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Australia. Reporting to the APAC HR leadership team, you will act as the key HR partner for both operational and corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders, providing expert advice on employee relations and workplace matters.
• Lead workplace investigations, performance management processes and end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and operational roles.
• Support onboarding, talent development, succession planning and drive engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives.
• Advise on Australian employment legislation, awards and HR best practice while collaborating with global HR specialists.

Required profile

• Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
• Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations and knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate effectively and operate autonomously across a broad HR portfolio.
